My name is McKinley Nicosia and I am currently a visual journalism major at Western Washington University. I'm originally from Seattle and I've been passionate about music and athletics my entire life. With my journalism degree, I hope to pursue my passion and work in the music industry either for a music festival or writing for a record label.

Introduction to the Sunnyland Observer
Welcome to the Sunnyland Observer, the newsblog for the community and neighborhood! It will post news, big or small, from Sunset to the Lettered Streets. The Sunnyland Observer will focus on issues relevant to the residents of the Sunnyland community, including updates on current issues, openings and other newsworthy events.
This site will include both news stories for larger on going issues including issues brought up in the monthly council meetings, as well as a blog that will keep you up to date on the fun and casual happenings in the Sunnyland neighborhood.
